Recurring care and one-time cleanups

Why recurring care

Good maintenance is mostly consistency: the same standard every visit, clear notes when something needs attention, and a yard that never slides into a cleanup project.

  • One scope, in writing What’s included, how often, and what counts as extra is agreed before work starts.
  • Desert-first timing Pruning, irrigation checks, and bed care follow the season here, not a generic calendar.
  • Family-owned and local Based in Henderson, with over seven years of experience caring for Southern Nevada yards.

Services

Routine care, handled properly

Most properties need a mix of these. We’ll recommend a combination during your estimate, and you can add or drop services as the property changes.

  1. Residential Landscape Maintenance

Recurring care for Las Vegas homes, so the yard looks cared for all year and small problems get caught early.

  2. Lawn Care

Mowing, edging, and trimming for the lawns Las Vegas properties still have, kept tidy and watered within the local rules.

  3. Tree Services

Tree trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding for Henderson, Boulder City, and Las Vegas properties. Estimates are free.

  4. Irrigation Maintenance

Irrigation checks, leak and sprinkler repairs, timer box replacements, and seasonal controller changes, so plants get the water they need and nothing more.

  5. Shrub and Hedge Trimming

Shaping and trimming that keeps walkways clear and plants healthy, with the heavy work timed around the desert heat.

  6. Yard Cleanup

A one-time reset for overgrown or neglected yards, or a seasonal cleanup to start spring or fall on the right foot.

Desert conditions

Care planned around heat, hard ground, and watering rules

A Las Vegas yard behaves differently from one in a milder climate. Maintenance here is about timing and restraint as much as effort.

  • Heavy pruning is timed to avoid peak summer heat, when fresh cuts add stress.
  • Irrigation controllers are checked against the seasonal watering schedule set by the local water district.
  • Rock and gravel beds are kept clear of weeds and debris, so they read as intentional instead of neglected.

Maintenance plans

Plans scoped to your property

Three starting points. Visit frequency and price are set after we see the property, because a small front yard and an HOA entrance are not the same job.

Essential

For homes with mostly rock landscaping and a few shrubs.

  • Blowing and debris removal from beds, walks, and driveway
  • Weed pulling in rock and gravel beds
  • Light shrub shaping to keep walkways clear
  • A visual check of drip lines and sprinkler heads

Full property

For larger yards and homes with trees, hedges, and irrigation.

  • A written scope organized by area
  • Visit schedule agreed in advance
  • Tree trimming and irrigation checks included in the plan
  • Notes on anything that needs a decision

Every plan is quoted individually after an estimate. Services can be added or removed as your property changes.

Questions

Before you request an estimate

Do you need my address to give an estimate?

Yes, please include it on the estimate form. The address lets us confirm you’re in our area and look at the job before we call. If the property has a gate code, add that too.

Can I get a one-time cleanup instead of a plan?

Yes. Choose yard cleanup on the form. Some recurring plans start with a cleanup that brings the property to a standard that’s easy to maintain, but there’s no obligation.

What affects the price of maintenance?

Property size, how much of it is lawn, the number and size of shrubs and hedges, irrigation type, how often you want visits, and the current condition. Photos help us understand most of this quickly.

Do you do tree work and irrigation repairs?

Yes. Tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding and irrigation repair are both part of what we do.
